The Tower at Dorsey Manor, a 9 story high rise, will consist of 25 studio and 55 one-bedroom units reserved for senior citizens 62 years of age or older.

The Tower at Dorsey Manor has been designed to provide a welcoming residential environment that maximizes the pedestrian connection of the site to the downtown area while maintaining as much of the existing park and trees as possible.
