Software Support Analyst
This role serves as the liaison between the IT and Accounting/Property Management departments for all property management related software, functions and applications. As the Software Support Analyst, you will play an important role in helping ensure the success of our property management and operations teams by assisting with helpdesk tickets, training, and process improvement. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and interested in not only troubleshooting software-related issues, but also reviewing processes and providing process improvement suggestions.
Job Responsibilities:
• Monitor and maintain property management software: OneSite, Ops, RealPage Budgeting, RealPage Accounting, RealPage Utility Management, Business Intelligence, SightPlan, BetterNOI,
• Assist with implementation of property management software: OneSite, Ops, RealPage Budgeting, RealPage Accounting, RealPage Utility Management
• Work closely with representatives from companies that we utilize for software
• Research & resolve questions/support tickets as a part of Columbia Residential’s OneSite Helpdesk
• Analyze and send out monthly performance reports
• Assist with training and training documentation, process improvement, helpdesk documentation
• All other duties as assigned/special projects
Qualifications:
• OneSite Affordable knowledge a MUST – 5+ years experience strongly preferred
• Support agent/role experience strongly preferred – the preferred candidate for this position will be resolving helpdesk tickets and will assist our teams with RealPage products – so experience working and resolving a high number of tickets is strongly preferred
• How-to/Training Documentation experience a plus
• Able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining assigned tasks
• Some travel may be required
• This can be a remote position
