A note from Columbia Residential

Columbia Residential Modernizes, Launches New Website

After months of planning and development, the Columbia Residential team is very excited to announce the launch of our newly designed website. Our goal for the new website is to provide visitors with an experience that’s faster, easier to navigate, and more user-friendly. In addition to functional improvements, the new website features a clean, contemporary design.

As an industry leader in the development, construction, and management of affordable housing, it’s vitally important to ensure that information about Columbia Residential and our 53 communities is easily accessible for our residents, partners, and team members.

The new website provides multiple ways for prospective residents to easily locate their ideal apartment at a Columbia Residential community with tools that can filter by location, type, and size. Then once they move in, residents can access information and submit online rent payments through the resident portal.

It’s also important for visitors to learn more about Columbia Residential’s mission and culture. The new website presents this as our Lifestyle Promise, which is a commitment we make, and renew every day, to our residents, our team members, and the environment. Visitors can discover more about this in the improved About and Careers pages as well.

Other enhancements are in progress to integrate social media for improved communications, and we will be continually updating Newsroom content to keep Columbia Residential’s residents and other visitors updated about project progress, waitlists, community events, awards, and other news.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank the Columbia Residential team members who collaborated with our partner, Prismatic, to organize and present our story and communities in this new website. We sincerely hope that visitors enjoy this fresh new design and improved performance. After all, people are the purpose behind the places we create, including this virtual one.
