In the News: Miles Crossing Senior Residences Opens in Downtown Columbus

Miles Crossing Senior Residences held its grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday, April 23, in downtown Columbus. The community is designed for people 55 and up and allows seniors to live affordably in the city.

“There are a lack of affordable options in the city, especially for senior residents, so this property definitely helps to alleviate some of that need,” said Kris Bryant, development director at Columbia Residential.

The $27 million project, located on 5th Avenue in Columbus, is the seventh mixed-income community completed through Columbia Residential and Housing Authority of Columbus.
