Rhonda brings over 25 years of experience in property management, mostly in the affordable housing industry. She has a passion for leading high-performing teams and ensuring expert property, program, and asset management. Her leadership skills include financial and strategic planning, motivating and mentoring effective teams, and proven approaches for increasing operational efficiency and achieving results.
Her practical understanding of housing laws, programs, and regulations has enabled her to procure government funds, achieve outstanding scores on real estate center inspections, and successfully manage the complexities that can be associated with housing for the elderly, disabled, and physically or mentally challenged residents.
