Columbia Residential Announces 2026 Summer Internship Program

Columbia Residential, an integrated real estate company specializing in master planning, development, project management, construction management, resident services, relocation services, and property management, is proud to announce its 2026 Summer Internship Program. The program offers college students and recent college graduates invaluable work experience and networking opportunities. The program is designed to be a learning experience, offering ample opportunities to support and interact directly with key staff of the organization, and hands-on experience contributing to specific projects and assignments in the real estate business.

The program will run from Monday, June 1, 2026, through Friday, July 24, 2026. The application process is open to all college students and recent college graduates.

Primary Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about learning and have a sincere interest in real estate development, property management, asset management, finance, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and within teams on special projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel a plus
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and leadership skills
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must handle confidential and non-routine information with sensitivity
