Columbia Residential Recipient of MHN 2020 Excellence Awards

We are proud and honored to announce that two of our projects, Sacred Heart at St. Bernard and Pendana at West Lakes, have both received recognition in Multi-Housing News Magazine’s 2020 Excellence Awards.
Sacred Heart at St. Bernard, a mixed-use residential property in New Orleans designed by JHP Architecture and developed in partnership with Providence Community Housing received an honorable mention in the Best Adaptive Reuse category.
Pendana at West Lakes, located in Orlando and developed in partnership with Lift Orlando received a Bronze award in the category of Best Development and Design: Affordable. Pendana was also designed by JHP.
