In the News: Columbia Residential names Carmen Chubb as new president

Columbia Residential, an affordable housing developer, owner and manager, announced on Tuesday that Carmen Chubb has been named president of the company.

She will be responsible for managing the development and asset management and housing preservation divisions of Columbia Residential, according to a press release.
