Jennifer Harley named Vice President of Operations for Columbia Residential
Help us congratulate Jennifer Harley, who was recently named Vice President of Operations!
Per Affordable Housing Finance magazine:
She joined the Atlanta-based [Columbia Residential] in 2018 as Director of Operations. In her current role, she is the liaison between the property management, asset management, and development divisions. Harley is also a driver of key functions and processes at all of Columbia Residential’s communities as well as due diligence, key acquisitions, and lease-ups.
